After Margaret and I had such a fun time at the fall hunter pace, we opted to go again this spring! This time, while I rode Rejoice again, Margaret rode her horse Jester and had a friend ride Ladyhawke. All Kennebec Morgans!! I don't know if I have ever told the story about how my son shares his birthday with my mare Dreamy. I tried unsuccessfully to explain that I knew that, but my horse had been born on the very same day, just thirteen years prior! LOL!
How curious, then, that my new mare ALSO shares the same birthday! And.....the date of ownership for both is Christmas??? Coincidence? Or fate? You decide! ;-)
